The Sessions

Body Reset — 20 minute midday movement session. No equipment, no activewear, no disruption to the day.

Body Release — 15 minute targeted neck and shoulder massage. Designed to dissolve tension mid-workday.

Guided Restore — 60 minute session curated specifcially for your team, could range from: breathwork, yoga, sound healing, and nervous system work.

Workshop — 90 minutes covering the practical science of stress, burnout, and sustainable performance.

02 — Program design We put together a program shaped around what you've shared.

03 — Into the workplace Your program begins. Every session is delivered in person by a vetted, experienced facilitator. Handled smoothly from start to finish by our team.
